About Dominik Neth

Hi, I’m Dominik! I'm a certified transformational coach and currently work as Head Coach & Team Lead Coaching. I support individuals through career transitions, goal-setting, and mindset development with a focus on clarity, purpose, and resilience. In 1:1 sessions, I combine actionable career strategies with mindfulness techniques to help clients reduce stress, stay focused, and grow with intention. I also lead and mentor our coaching team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Before coaching, I worked for several years in product and project management in the automotive industry across Germany, Spain, and Japan—building a strong foundation in structure, adaptability, and cross-cultural leadership. In 2022 and 2023, I followed another passion as a Scuba Dive Master in Latin America—an experience that deepened my love for working directly with people and facilitating personal growth. I also offer breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, creating space for emotional release, self-connection, and inner calm. Previously, I founded FLUYA, a coaching and breathwork project focused on personal development. Today, my work is all about empowering others to move forward with clarity and confidence. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Automotive Business.
