About Dominika Ewa Rapacz

Thanks to joining FDM Group I gained a lot of skills and knowledge connected with project management, business analysis and internal audits. My previous work experience as an administrative coordinator caused I am goal-oriented person and know how to coordinate many projects at the same time. My mission in the office was dealing with challenging situations and having "can-do" attitude because of which the office could be a better place to work. While working for PerkinElmer I specialized in the implementation and improvement of processes and standards of administrative support. Together with travel team,I improved business trip procedure which resulted in cost, timeload and workload reduction. I demonstrated my planning and organizational skills through supporting HR Department in employee related projects which made me a collaborative team player. I managed the company’s relations with customers and suppliers. As a result, I have high interpersonal skills. I coordinated the work of the team improving my leadership skills. I am focused and disciplined which was proven by gaining a black belt in Karate. My goal is to achieve the mastery in project management.
