About Dominique Bissonnette

I am an accomplished, bilingual (English/French), results-oriented Director, Project Leadership working in the industry for over 20 years. I started working in project management in 2004 and successfully completed several global studies in different infectious diseases and rare diseases. PMP certified, I am proudly managing a group of project managers, supporting them on their daily activities, ensuring compliance but most importantly, working towards their growth. Wellness influencer, onboarding manager and active member of the PMCoE are examples of the different hats I wear. Through the years, I demonstrated skills in project leadership, project management, budgetary planning and strategic planning. I am an energetic individual who can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities and who reacts to changes promptly and efficiently. My strong interpersonal skills and flexibility give me the ability to work with individuals who share different communication styles and who may come from a broad range of disciplines/backgrounds. I am very strong in creating collaborative and efficient teams. Please note that I was selected as a 2007 Quintiles President’s Club Award winner.
