She previously collaborated with professionals and government bodies to enhance vertical growth and achieve organisational success. Domnica’s previous role with a Dublin-based franchise aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and as such, she holds a deep personal commitment to sustainability; she champions a culture of continuous learning and development. She also enhanced company performance and maximised profitability by leading successful people and operations initiatives in other divisions across Dublin. Outside of her professional life, Domnica embraces her Moldovan heritage, is dedicated to personal well-being through mindfulness practices and has a keen interest in gardening, which provides her with a sense of balance and connection to nature.
