Although Don has two formal degrees, he is not what you would consider classically trained having lived abroad almost 7 years visiting (often for extended periods) more than 24 countries around the world—it is difficult to place a value on such an education; he is a keen observer with over 20 years of experience in business operations, intuitively developing and executing programs to enhance staff performance and unite cross-functional teams, consistently achieving company goals. He is a qualified technical writer with a strong background in training and a track record of identifying and meeting business demands by implementing strategic improvements and motivating employees, applying human performance technology and adult learning theory approaches. Don offers extensive instructional design knowledge and international experience, successfully planning and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion. Don has both a BS and MBA degrees and has received a Top Secret security clearance with background investigation.
