About Don Berghoff

As CEO, I utilize my 30 years experience in sales and management to provide strategic and day to day direction for the ongoing growth of Cogentys, an established Learning Management System. I continue to play a key role in growing the Cogentys client base. Over the past 30 years, I managed large groups of highly trained professionals in the financial services industry where I was directly involved in hiring, managing, mentoring and training employees for success in Fortune 500 companies. As a self-prescribed technology advocate, I was instrumental in introducing and incorporating new technology into the financial services business. In my current position, I have the opportunity to combine my experiences and skills in sales and management to a technology business. Cogentys is a SaaS company that provides an easy to use, proprietary eLearning management system for businesses and non-profit organizations with employees. Our system is customized to meet the training needs of each client, whether compliance, sales, or product driven. Clients use their training materials or incorporate off-the-shelf content while the system provides administrators with reports of training completion. My broad experience in strategy, leadership, sales, and management has played a key role in allowing me to provide a consultative and hands-on approach to assist Cogentys' clients in achieving their training objectives. In my free time, you can probably find me on my bike, taking pictures or exploring the coast near our new home in Cambria.
