Each consisting of detailed design to procurement, fabrication to installation and startup to final production. Industry experience in chemical processes, petro/petrochemical, offshore/onshore gas and oil production, hazardous waste treatment, coal gasification, pigments and polymers, utilities, pharmaceuticals, steel fabricators, food processing, environmental/safety, conveying systems, prefab building manufacturing, land surveying, pipeline distribution, ammunitions, and communications. Providing project engineering management and supervision with comprehensive scopes and justifications, design/drafting, field verifications, design reviews, estimating/planning, material takeoffs, bid preparation to procurement and purchasing. Managed scheduling, cost control, manpower and staffing requirements, construction coordination/supervision, and quality assurance. Operational knowledge of various industry codes, regulations and guidelines associated with ASME/ANSI/API/NBIC. Maintained site compliances to federal, state and local jurisdiction requirements related to site process equipment systems. Extensive training, design and implementation of PSM, SHE and OSHA driven engineering practices and procedures.
