With over 20 years involvement in the commercial IT world, my experience ranges from educator, programmer, systems architect, analyst and technical team leader. I have led and contributed to numerous enterprise class software solutions for both public, private and the charity sector. Currently I serve as an associate lecturer,LMS technical lead (including development management responsibiities) at Workforce development trust as well as principal consultant at CAL For 4 years I have been a member of a local speakers club including 2 as a committee member. I regularly speak on the Web 2.0 revolution, collaboration technologies, distributed team dynamics as well as best practice methods for distributed team and mobile team-working implementation. I have a passion for emerging open source eLearning related technology.
