I studied at the Musicians Institute (MI) in Hollywood, CA, and continue to record, perform, teach, and study music. I also had the privilege of studying with the late Bob Gullotti.• Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Originally a wrestler from the Midwest, I expanded my skills in Kenpo, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. As a member of Team Elite (Clinton, MA), I competed in MMA events across the US and served as a Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu instructor, and was also the head coach for the Concord-Carlisle High School wrestling team. While I no longer compete, I remain actively involved in training, studying, and teaching at various martial arts gyms.I consider myself truly blessed to have had these enriching experiences.
