Don Cummer is a seasoned executive with significant experience in back office services e.g. Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and IT, within the healthcare and telecommunications sectors. He has led teams involved in many diverse functions, but specializing in the targeted use of technology to further business goals and objectives. Don has provided leadership in many transformation projects involving systems such as SAP (MM, PS, SRM, SD and HR), Infor-Lawson, Ariba, GHX and Manugistics (DRP), including centralized Data Governance and Management. Don also has significant experience in Customer Relationship Management and Change Management. Don holds an Honours Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from McMaster University Specialties: Process re-engineering leveraging eBusiness, business metrics, strategic sourcing, customer and supplier relationship management, data governance and management and account management.
