In my current role as the VP of Engineering and Technical Operations, I am the team leader for the engineering, IT, and production department. I’m responsible for developing the department’s annual capital budget, planning and overseeing all projects, ensuring continuous quality of the technical operations 24/7/365, leading the hiring process to find highly motivated and qualified candidates, and creating and implementing the strategic plan. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering which has given me a strong foundation to grow into a thoughtful and organized leader.
