I have 4 years of outside sales experience with the Sysco Foods organization. At Sysco Foods I was 2019 Prospector of the Year for all of Minnesota, with the most new accounts opened out of 110 other Marketing Associates. Recipient of many sales contest awards,(I.e. Green Bay Packers round trip package) and on track for prestigious Chairman’s and Tourchbearer clubs at time of lay-off due to COVID-19. Excellent proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to close the sale. I have over 22 years of restaurant management experience with Applebee’s Grill and Bar. I have successfully managed every aspect and department of restaurant business, with great results in COG’s, labor, and food safety. I have strong people skills and ability to adapt to challenging situations. I have performed professionally as a musician for over 30 years. I am highly skilled in guitar and vocal performances, and have recorded 5 full length albums and hundreds of other projects. I am skilled at recording and editing using both analog and ProTools platforms. I am also skilled in producing and mixing/mastering recordings of all types.
