About Don E.

As a senior budget analyst and PMF program alumnus (Class of 2015) at the Department of Justice, I apply my prior military and public service experience as well as skills and knowledge acquired while earning an MPA degree from the University of Wisconsin's La Follette School of Public Affairs. My military service included supervisory/management level experience in multiple functional areas: human resources, communications, and training. My active duty assignments incorporated a wide range of responsibilities: strategic planning and advising, personnel management, data analysis, telecommunications/IT program management, and unit-level operations. My civilian experience includes four years of public service in elective office - two consecutive two-year terms as county board supervisor - as well as IT and HR specialist duties.
