About Don Gomez

Over the past decade, I’ve grown with Ridgeline Engineering, advancing from Business Manager to Partner and Senior Director of Business & Development, working closely with executive leadership on initiatives that drive company growth and strategic direction. My career has focused on driving client success, strengthening operations, and positioning Ridgeline as a trusted partner in civil engineering, surveying, structural design, and special inspections. At Ridgeline, our WHY is clear: to cultivate a culture of opportunity and support, so that our community can reach its full potential. My role connects to that purpose by: •Strategic Growth: expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and creating opportunities. •Business Development & Operations: aligning internal systems to maximize efficiency and quality. •Client Partnerships: collaborating with contractors, developers, and municipalities to deliver trusted solutions. •Leadership: building a team culture where people are empowered, accountable, and supported in their growth. I am passionate about building lasting relationships, delivering meaningful impact, and driving sustainable growth for both our clients and our team.
