Unfettered by linear thinking, Don leads strategic architecture development and change management to transform organizations and set the pace for the industry. Starting his career as the thought leader behind the precedent setting Altel—which broke down barriers in the highly competitive telecom industry as the spark for the historic “double-hopping” CRTC debate— Don leveraged his dissatisfaction with the status quo to establish groundbreaking commercial internet and telecom businesses (Follow Me Online, inCORP Technologies, and e-City Solutions to name a few) before joining forces with the burgeoning MyTravel. Taking on a role as their Web Applications Developer, Don proved his skills, earning annual promotions to take on Management, Senior Management and, ultimately Director roles. Balancing his role as the Director of Technology and Chief Solutions Architect with his zest for creation, Don has continued to innovate as the founder of both VoIP Much and GR Media. Don’s focus on technology allows him to develop the cutting-edge teams that deliver results across Infrastructure & Telecommunications (including 2 tier two Datacenters, International VoIP systems, 130+ retail locations) Application Development, and Business Support.
