Niche Business Segments: TAX PLANNING & PREPARATION – In today’s economy, tax planning is essential to both personal and business profitability. I work closely with clients in order to anticipate and identify tax-saving opportunities. Tax planning is the first step in assisting clients with managing their tax liability. I also focus on legal tax preparation strategies that minimize the possibility of tax audits. ESTATE & TRUST RETURN PREPARATION – I work with several probate attorneys providing the tax compliance aspects of winding up an estate, post-death planning strategies, and on-going trust return preparation. ESTATE & TRUST PLANNING– I assist clients and their estate attorneys in all aspects of developing and managing a personalized estate plan designed to ensure the continued growth and preservation of their family's hard earned assets. I am then involved on an on-going basis assisting with the financial management and tax compliance for Family Limited Partnerships and various Trusts making sure there are no missteps leading to adverse tax consequences. COLLEGE CONSULTING – I help parents with a college-bound high school student, who won’t qualify for need-based financial aid. The focus here is on strategies to create legitimate tax savings opportunities for the family to help pay for college.
