At Island Health, I have spent the past five years leading initiatives that improved patient outcomes, strengthened performance, and aligned operations across Emergency and Community programs. From developing standardized care pathways to embedding sustainability principles in decision-making, I focus on turning complex challenges into practical, collaborative solutions. I am also completing an MBA in Sustainable Innovation at the University of Victoria, expanding my ability to connect quality, sustainability, and strategic leadership across health systems.
