About Don Lim

Mr. Don Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) In Computing from the University of Greenwich and has more than 20 years of Information Technology service experience. His capabilities include end-user support to various MNCs, he provides training to clients and in-house staff. With more than 6 years of outsourcing IT services experience in different companies, including migration and deployment projects in various accounts such as UTC, PWC, and TRW, and 2 years in Data Centre operation, where he has hands-on mid-range servers, Oracle databases, and application tools like Crystal Report and Asset Management Interface (AMI). He work as a software support manager in the second-largest market research company from 2002 to 2012, during the 9.5 years of services in Kantar, he managed a software service team and supported clients from Singapore and from the region. He continues to enhance his experience in BHP Billiton, a leading global resources company, and to support more than 500 users, where he provides premium support to users coming from Australia to Huston and some other region. Don embarked on his career as a Security Administrator in ABN AMRO Bank Singapore to manage various banking system accounts in April 2014. He currently works in LGT Bank as Associate Director in the IT department to provide banking system and infrastructure support.
