About Don Luke

With over 37 years of dedicated service at the same hospital, I’ve grown from an entry-level phlebotomist into my current role as Campus Administrator within a 4-hospital system. I now oversee a 45-bed hospital with a 12-bed emergency department, 4 GI suites, 6 ORs, a sleep center, and an infusion clinic.My path has spanned clinical and administrative roles — from phlebotomy and histology to pathology management and hospital operations. After earning my MBA in Healthcare Administration, I advanced into leadership, becoming Director of Operations and now Campus Administrator.I’m a problem solver known for stepping into complex situations and delivering results. In addition to my core responsibilities, I’ve taken on interim leadership of radiology and the wound care clinic, helped launch new service lines, guided High Reliability Organization (HRO) efforts, and developed a fleet management plan for system-wide use.
