Work to ensure legal compliance with contracts, data retention, and any agreements. Create standard documents, including: department policies and procedures, asset replacement plans, disaster recovery plan, computer and Internet usage guidelines, office health and safety documents, technology roadmaps, and network maps. Responsible for all aspects of software development, customer communications, and the provisioning of technical support for any software developed in-house or contracted out, whether used in-house or distributed directly to a customer base. Responsible for the click-thru and end-user license agreements. Work with Finance to ensure reporting systems allow visibility into financial health and work to correct reporting variances. Create reports supporting business processes, functions and analytics that support the business model and vision. Completed workplace health and safety inspections. Publications (below)- Personal EEG Research - analysis of recorded EEG signals using MATLAB - NSFW Video Analyzer - a video analyzer that displays whether the content is suitable for the workplace (NSFW), detects faces, predicts age and gender, and can identify faces.
