ABOUT ME As a 37-year veteran of the NC Insurance Industry, I've worked on both the company and agency sides of the insurance business. In 1984, I became a Nationwide Insurance Company Business Agent, focusing on business, group health and life insurance policies. During these five years with Nationwide, I was recognized by the company with both Pace Setter and Challenger Awards, as well as for his achievements in life insurance production. In 1989, I left Nationwide to become an area sales manager with Crum and Forrester Personal Insurance. During a three-year stint with Crum and Forrester, I was recognized as the 1990 Regional Area Sales Manager of the Year. In 1992, I left to become an Independent Insurance agent working in the Durham area. ABOUT MCCLINTOCK INSURANCE AGENCY In November 2001, Don opened McClintock Insurance Agency. Since its inception, McClintock Insurance has continued to enhance its position in the Triangle insurance community through growth, public service, and advertising. As an Independent Insurance Agency and broker, McClintock Insurance has received multiple awards and recognition, for productions and profitability.
