I have had many years in the Banking & Financial Industry including many years in Small Business and many, many years living the relationship experience! My current role as Branch Manager involves much more HR focus and has given me the opportunity to train and personally influence the development of many new Scotiabankers, and to really further develop my customer service focus. I have been fortunate to have been in Stratford now 3 full years which has allowed me to be fully emerged in a dynamic local community that is positively impacted by the City, by the Arts and Culture and by a vibrant business community. Stratford is truly a wonderful place to work. Over the years I have lived and worked in Toronto, Hamilton, Guelph, Waterloo, Windsor, St.Thomas and London and have been very fortunate to get to know and work with many exceptional people! I also spent many years as a Real Estate Broker in London & Area and it was an experience that has really helped me develop and refine my relationship selling skills, not to mention the addition of real estate knowledge AND being able to work with many good Realtors in London & area over the years, many of whom I still keep in contact with. It is a little know secret that there are over 500 Scotiabankers that work in Stratford between our two branches, our Retail Service Centre ( formerly our Central Mortgage Unit ) as well as our Information Technology & Systems team. I am always happy to share my knowledge, experience and skills whenever I can and I take great pride in the success we have had training so many professional Scotiabank Financial Advisors and front line Service Advisors!
