As a Vice President of Technology Audit at BlackRock, I lead a team of auditors who provide independent assurance and advisory services on the effectiveness of the technology risk management framework, controls, and processes across the firm. With over 9 years of experience in technology audit and risk management, I have developed a deep understanding of the regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges facing the financial services industry, especially in the areas of electronic trading, model risk, cyber security, data governance, cloud computing and FinTech in general. My mission is to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the technology risk function, leveraging my CISA certification and my skills in data analytics, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication. I am passionate about leading with empathy and delivering through teamwork, collaborating with business leaders, regulators, and external auditors to enhance the trust and transparency of the firm's technology environment. I am also committed to advancing my professional development and staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the technology risk domain.
