I'm loving working as a Realtor for the last 5+ years, starting my "second career" in New Jersey, and now expanding my territory to Central Florida as well. I chose Coldwell Banker Realty after interviewing with several other large brokerages. Love their spirit, tech, and integrity. Previously, I was a Strategic Business Planner and Project Manager in IBM’s Global Business Services, with managerial and technical skills reflecting over 30 years of experience with IBM and AT & T, including international experience with Remote Delivery Centers. My responsibilities, assignments, and training have been technical and managerial in nature, including Strategic Business Planning; Project initiation, coordination, development and management; High volume applications and production environments; Supervising and staffing diverse groups of technical professionals; Managing customer/supplier relationships; Process deployment; and Hands-on experience with all phases of application life cycles. I am an excellent communicator, with strengths that include exceptional planning and organizational skills, strong leadership ability, precise attention to detail, creativity, and superior communications and interpersonal skills, with care and concern for clients and co-workers.
