With extensive experience in military aviation maintenance and Officer Recruitment and retention, I serve as a 151A Aviation Maintenance Technician in the U.S. Army, specializing in managing the operational readiness, compliance, and safety of aviation powerplants. Throughout my career, I have led teams across complex maintenance and supervisory roles, including as a Power Plant Supervisor, where I optimized maintenance operations for turbine engines and contributed to substantial cost savings through innovative repair programs. As an Officer Career Counselor, I support the career development and retention of over personnel across U.S. Army Pacific, applying strategic recruitment, retention, and data analysis methods to enhance operational readiness. I have also served as a Japanese language interpreter for the I CORPS General Staff, facilitating communication during key bilateral exercises such as Orient Shield and Yama Sakura.
