About Don Rolfes

I am dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative and practical in my approach and solutions. I prefer to use my knowledge and experience of mechanical engineering, business administration, safety and change managent to set up and implement integrated quality, safety en environmental management systems robust.Robust implementation means for me that employees see the management system as a tool with which they can carry out their activities more efficient and effective, safer and with less impact on the environment. In short, these employees are aware of the value of a management system and are set on to improve this tool actively. This will lead to produce more, better, safer products that has less impact on the environment while using the same amount of resources (people, machines, raw material). Result: higher turnover, higher profit and a better guarantee of the continuïty of the organization. At last I believe that in a more and more fast changing world QHSE management systems as a tool can only be efficient and effective when the most recent technology (films, animations, apps) and management insights are used.During leisure time I prefer to be active in the countryside: running, mountain biking, inline skating or swimming in open water. I enjoy the elements of that moment. This helps me to be creative and invent new ideas which I can use in my work.
