As an experienced Accountant I enjoy helping people manage their finance, improve their business, purchase their next business, solve business problems and be the Trusted Advisor for Tax, Finance and Payroll matters. I help clients to set up their business and ensure that the business is complaint to grow and expand. I genuinely care about my clients. I like to be there for my clients and always encourage them to call me. I take a creative approach in the way I work with my clients’ finances; I will look for ways to make reasonable adjustments to make it easier for my clients. I am committed to deliver the highest standard of service to all my clients, as a result, year on year, I have brought many new clients to the firm through client referrals. I am proud of working with 200-300 of clients every year, working with small to medium sized business across a diverse group of clients. I am CPA qualified and I am committed to my professional development to ensure I am well informed in order to provide expert financial advice to my clients. As an Accounting Manager, I enjoy mentoring and coaching my team members, sharing my knowledge to build their capabilities and achieve their career aspirations. I believe good leadership is when you empower your team members, trust, support them and give them autonomy. I have found that team members learn more effectively in this way and be more accountable in their careers. Currently I am working as an Accounting Manager at Mayfair Marks. I enjoy working here as everyone is very friendly, we listen to music as we work together, we go out for dinners as a team, everyone is engaged at work, and you can bring your “whole person” into work.
