I am an experienced IT professional with over 25+ years of experience in PC-based business application development. My career started back in 1983 where I was hired as an entry-level software developer. Over the years, I have analyzed, designed, developed, tested, managed, administered, and just about every other position there is within software development. When I was writing code, I worked with C with Objects, C++, Java, Smalltalk and COBOL. As my skills improved, I moved from individual contributor to team lead, to architect, to functional manager and finally to project manager.
