My vast experience comprises of over seventy-five individual customer engagements over the past twenty plus years. Each unique opportunity presenting experiences and diverse opportunities in the QA and Software Development arenas has given me the distinctive capability to work closely with management and project teams to quickly identify and implement SDLC, Quality Assurance, manual and automation testing best practices. • As a long time, expert user of OpenText and Tricentis products, I have successfully completed numerous engagements as a Solution Architect in the identification, Proof of Value – POV, product installation and configuration, data migration, along with upgrading and configuration of existing product instances. • As a certified OpenText and Tricentis certified instructor that has taught hundreds of users, I am qualified to teach using the "Shift Left" testing paradigm, along with product, industry, role-based and self-learned best practices. With the mantra that there is always a new or better way to get the task done, faster, better, and easier without comprising quality. • As a seasoned Technical Engineer, I have successfully conducted numerous assessments, new installations, upgrades, data migrations, configurations, integrations; and provided ongoing administration and support for OpenText and Tricentis products. • I created a successful product offering and service line called Orasi Advanced Reporting Solution – (OARS). Utilizing Micro Focus’s ALM OTA and Microsoft Excel VB; created an enterprise-wide metrics and KPIs reporting application for ALM quality data. The prototype solution was migrated to Alteryx and Tableau and became a profitable business line within its first year of implementation. • As a Metrics & Reporting subject matter expert, I can quickly extrapolate project and QA/QC data and develop meaningful and actionable metrics from numerous data systems, that allows organizations to act upon insightful, repeatable, and real-time metrics. • As a seasoned Process Architect, I have extensive experience in conducting process assessments of a company's QA and development organizations; and identifying, directing, managing, and implementing frameworks, methodologies and best practices for the Software Development and QA Lifecycles (SDLC / STLC), Project Delivery Frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps. My recommendations have successfully allowed organizations to clearly identify problem areas and institute corrective actions based on my vast knowledge and industry best practices.
