We use Salesforce for just about "everything" at Habitat Chicago: fundraising, events, volunteer management, program management, project management, grant management, homebuyer warranty requests, class management, property management. I also manage our other technology systems, calling in consultants when I need more expertise: Microsoft 365, our website, 3CX phone system, Sharepoint Online, hardware and software, and online security awareness training, While I spend a lot of time troubleshooting and problem-solving, I also manage our Salesforce Governance Committee and keep an eye on future needs and possibilities.
