Fiber Optic Laser Cutting With our new fiber laser, Ajax can offer customers expanded fabricating capabilities in a wider range of materials: Stamping Short production runs, rapid prototyping, and precision stampings from any type of metal or alloy are our specialties. Our extensive library of tools helps reduce start-up costs. Progressive Stamping We provide progressive metal stamping services for cost-effective production of complex components in multiple stages. We specialize in Modular Speedy Tooling - a form of ‘hard’ tooling, which allows us to stamp metal components in quantities larger than most conventional short production run stamping projects. Our multi-station presses range from 3 tons to 200 tons. Deep Draw Stamping Our capabilities include complex deep drawn components from steel, aluminum, and copper. We consistently take on projects that most other stamping companies would not consider. Sheet Metal Forming We are one of North America’s premium suppliers of precision sheet metal casings to the HVAC and heat exchanger industry for the past 50 years. Our turret presses, lasers, and press brakes can fabricate critical sheet metal parts, such as brackets and hinges, in small and large volumes. Press Brake Forming State-of-the-art forming equipment at our facility allows us to handle metals of up to 144” in length, 60” in width, and thicknesses of up to.375" thick in the case of stainless steel and.500" thick in carbon steel. Turret Press Punching We manufacture parts with tight tolerances to required dimensions, eliminating secondary operations, which translates into cost and time savings for our customers.
