About Don Willman

Since 1972, FSI has been a leader in the polyurethane foam industry. Innovations from the very beginning as a company has moved the entire industry forward and into the modern era. For the last two decades, FSI has been able to offer the most environmentally friendly foams on the market. The Ecomate line of systems has offerings in most every application from flotation to commercial refrigeration to insulated coffee cups. In 40 years, we have expanded to having facilities and distributors on 4 continents around the world. As an Application Specialist, I visit companies and help them make better products. When FSI gains new business, I will be on site to setup the new equipment and train plant personnel on the use of the equipment and help optimize the foaming application. My experience includes everything from low pressure dispensing guns to multi-head, high pressure units. Before finding a home at FSI, I worked line maintenance for TWA as an Aircraft Mechanic. Going further back, I spent 9 years in the US Air Force. I then joined the Missouri Air National Guard for another 12 years- which lasted into my tenure at FSI who I found was very supportive of the demands of military requirements.
