About Don Wolf

I started my auto electrical career Zimbabwe at the age of 17 and quickly became passionate with the trade. I have repaired cars,boats,small ships and house boats.I quickly moved to trucks, cranes and earth moving equipment. Hungry for knowledge i got a job with The Wankie Colliery Company ( Coal Mine ) and was assigned to their No2 open cast pit Servicing and maintaining Caterpillar earthmoving equipment. I returned to my former company,having been offered a job as their workshop manager, establishing a new workshop, finding customers and training staff. The company then moved me on to Botswana, Where i established a new workshop for the and worked there for five years. I returned to Zimbabwe in the same position and then emigrated to Australia. Apon arriving in Australia i worked in the Auto electrical field for nine years of which the last two were for my self. I heard about train driving from a customer of mine and decided to give it a bash,i'm glad i did because it has produced some thing more challenging. I am currently a driver trainer and OHS rep for my depot which gives me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I have just completed my cert iv in training and assessing,also using my skills as driver co ordinator i have just completed one year as a OHS REP in my depot, a role i find very interesting. I have just completed my certificate IV in training and assessment.
