With over 15 years of Customer Service under my belt I've been apart of many Industries in various roles. Retail Management, Retail Sales, Telecommunication Support and Banking have helped take my desire to help others and given it the tools to grow. I'm ultimately looking to be in a career that I believe in, can put my skills and personality behind and make a difference. Within Retail I crafted the one on one skills needed to quickly identify the needs and wants of an individual, to lead a team with optimism towards obtainable goals within there scope to accomplish larger scale goals. Accompanied with knowledge in Photography/Graphic Design, I understand the fundamentals in utilizing Visual Merchandising and how to let a product "speak for itself". Within Telecommunications Support, I honed the ability to de-escalate agitated clients and remotely troubleshoot to the base of an issue and resolve it via direct support or education. I received continuous accolades from Customers in regards to my professionalism, ability to solve there problem and overall demeanor. I received multiple Customer Service Awards monthly. Within Banking, I've further built upon the skills I've learned to directly help others manage there finances. Educate them in best practices to achieve there dreams via making often convoluted banking terms understandable to the average person. I live for the moment you can see it click in someones eyes, regardless of Industry, that you've broken through a wall, you've connected with them, they now understand something they didn't prior to speaking with you. If you bring 100% Customer Service and treat your clients as the people they are and not another number or sales goal, your not only going to make the sale, you will have a customer for life due to there trust in you and your knowledge.
