About Donald Davis

I am a 20-year Army veteran with a strong foundation in leadership, recruitment, and team development. Over the course of my military career, I developed invaluable skills in team building, strategic planning, and mentorship. As a recruiter, I have successfully connected talented individuals with opportunities that align with their skills and goals, while ensuring the best fit for both candidates and organizations. In my role as a JROTC Instructor, I have had the privilege of shaping young minds, teaching discipline, leadership, and responsibility to prepare students for both academic and personal success. Currently, as an Assistant Director of Staffing and Recruiting at Round Rock ISD, I lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent for our district, ensuring we have the right individuals in place to support the educational growth of our students. I am passionate about helping others succeed, whether it’s guiding individuals to the right career path or building strong, effective relationships. With a wealth of experience in military leadership, team development, and recruitment, I am committed to making a positive and lasting impact on the organizations I serve.
