I believe in leveraging technology to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. My guiding principle is to empower teams and create environments where creative problem-solving and innovation thrive. Throughout my career, I have developed a versatile skill set in IT management, encompassing application development, IT governance, enterprise architecture, and IT quality assurance and control. I specialize in leading cross-functional technical teams, ensuring infrastructure and operations align with business objectives. My expertise extends to ERP projects, acquisition due diligence, fiscal management, and strategic planning, with a focus on fostering both individual and organizational growth through mentorship and effective communication. One of my career highlights includes managing IT operations across 17 sites for Jabil Circuit in North America, where I successfully built and rolled out new systems, conducted thorough IT audits, and designed improvement plans that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. As an independent consultant, I demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by developing and launching a Java-based Android application, TextMeNot2. Additionally, I have led significant initiatives in technology infrastructure transformation and IT compliance at Cognate BioServices and J.T. Shannon Lumber, reducing costs and enhancing system integration. I am eager to collaborate and contribute to organizations seeking to harness IT for strategic growth and efficiency. I aim to bring forth my strategic leadership and technical expertise to create robust, innovative IT solutions that support and elevate business objectives.
