With over 30 years of multinational industrial experience and a CQE, MBA, and Six Sigma Black Belt, I have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. My core competencies include Lean Transformation, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, and New Product Development. I have successfully implemented 30% capacity increases during the pandemic, maintained costs against labor headwinds, and enabled the launch of new products in the market. I am passionate about applying multiple problem-solving techniques, such as Shainin Red X and Kaizen, to crack the hardest challenges and deliver elegant solutions. I also have extensive experience in leading reorganizations, acquisitions, plant relocations, and startups, as well as customer-facing engagements in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
