About Donald M.

With 27 years navigating the ever-evolving ICT and Data landscape, I'm a data governance and transformation expert passionate about unlocking the power of data in today's AI/ML-driven world. My focus lies on ensuring data accuracy, consistency and trust utilizing tools, experiential learnings which are in reality "mistakes made and learnt from" by applying techniques, controls and tooling for quality, compliance, security, automation, and ethical data privacy practices across Data Warehouses, Big Data environments, and data analysis workflows. Certifications like PMP, ITIL and SaFe equip me to manage large-scale Digital Transformations where the ultimate success factor is the data via ensuring successful migrations and transformations, while my experience with Data Warehouses and Big Data ensures optimal data utilization. I excel at optimizing and monetizing data via cost saving and opportunity identification via data patterns and intersects, while prioritizing ethical considerations. I'm positioned to guide communities and multinationals on this secure and successful learning journey while retaining my personal mission to create positive value and deliver solutions for complex business challenges ultimately impacting our communities and countries.
