About Donald Molnar

Growing up in John Day, Oregon, Attorney Donald Molnar became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2005. His experience both growing up in a small community and later opening his law practice there strengthened his belief in being a strong advocate for his clients. He learned firsthand how much support and trust can lead to success and wants to do the same for others. Donald brings 17 years of experience to a great group of sucessful lawyers at Reynolds Defense Firm. He works with good people facing Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) charges in Portland, the Metro area and throughout the state of Oregon. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, an organization committed to the highest quality representation of citizens accused of DUI. He has extensive scientific training in the defense of DUI cases. Donald achieve his certification in the administration of standardized field sobriety testing in August 2011. In addition, he wrote Chapter 11: Breath, Blood, Urine for the Oregon Criminal Defense Laywer's Association DUII Trial Notebook in January 2020. Donald's competitive drive, attention to detail, meticulous preparation, and effective listening and gathering of information make him an effective and compassionate advocate for his clients. He has significant trial experience and has conducted numerous court and jury trials, and argued successfully before the Oregon Court of Appeals.
