Mr. Scott has received his General Building Contractors License from the State of California and is currently utilizing his license to conduct SB-721 and SB-326 Inspections for Partner. Mr. Scott’s current role with Partners is as a Project Assessor, Building Engineer and Zoning Specialist and a summary of my responsibilities and activities includes conducting site assessments, independent project research, data compilation, and organization. Mr. Scott will also be conducting site reconnaissance, including sampling, technical report authoring, and preparation of quality supporting report documents and files. Mr. Scott began his career in 2005 as an apprentice in the Las Vegas, Nevada Carpentry Union and continued his career in 2010 gaining his Associates in Science Electrical Technology at Long Beach, California. Mr. Scott has gained valuable knowledge and experience over the years in the industry working for Environmental Risk and Property Management firms. In these roles, Mr. Scott has had responsibilities for worldwide operations including the performance of SB-721 Balcony and Inspections, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), assisting in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Roof Inspections and Asset Inventory Assessments (e.g. electrical, mechanical, and HVAC) of various types of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate. With a wide-ranging background in project management, property inspections, due diligence, and electrical engineering, coupled with over seven years of project management and estimating experience, Mr. Scott provides guidance on existing physical conditions, potential risk, and reliable cost estimates for repairs and replacement throughout the potential real estate transaction.
