About Donata Bedalyte

I am a recent bachelor of business administration graduate at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Besides, I am BSc. educated aviation professional having aviation safety oversight experience. I have competencies and skills in communication, the usage of ICT business applications in administrative tasks, compliance monitoring, safety management systems, incident investigation and safety training. My strengths include a positive work attitude, time management, high work ethic and reliable performance. My first university studies were in the aeronautical field where I gained a bachelor's of transport and aviation engineering degree. That's how I started to discover aviation from different perspectives. I used to work in a Cabin Crew position which provided me with knowledge about customer experience, and passenger and flight safety. Later on, as a Safety Instructor, I taught students flight safety importance by covering emergency and safety topics. While performing Safety Manager duties, I explored safety management system processes. Implemented tools for audits, risk management and incident investigation. I have gained supervising and advising proficiency while working at Civil Aviation Authority.
