My experience in the workforce has opened up my confidence in myself. I've been a leader without having the proper credentials or title. I am an above-average communicator I've learned that I have great patience, passion, and pride in any endeavor that I take upon. The wisdom from my elders and lessons in life have continued to provide me with a great deal of common sense. I view the workplace as a microcosm of society. I've been blessed with a wonderful sense of humanity's flights and flaws, and been around different and unique individuals which have opened my eyes to how people view employment. Some just want to get their shift done and collect that check and do just enough to get by as I say a "D" student. Now you have some that show more potential and are willing to learn and become more of an asset to the organization.
