More than a decade of experience managing teams through the complete proposal development life cycle to deliver compliant proposals to the federal government in all areas of defense; and in physical and electronic security, healthcare, bio medical, health staffing and health IT, cyber, and education. • Eighteen years of managing teams. Expert at managing staff resources and coordinating logistics; especially under time & budget-sensitive conditions, • Proficient technical proposal writer/editor and manager of government proposals (primarily DoD proposals in the $1.5M-$1B range), IDIQs, task orders, white papers, RFIs and grants. Skilled SOP and manual writer, reviewer, and editor. Experience with OTAs and GSA schedules. • Leadership experience in traditional and social marketing and digital media. Experienced copywriter for TV, radio, web and print publications, including manuals, training materials, newsletters and exhibits.
