With over 19 years of experience as the owner and chef of A Touch of Gourmet, a full-service catering and event planning business, I have developed a passion and expertise for creating memorable and satisfying experiences for any occasion, large or small. I have catered and planned events for up to 500 guests, ranging from business dinners and intimate parties to weddings and graduations, in various locations and settings. I have also published valuable information to help clients and customers pick the best reception venue for their needs. For the past 5 years, I have also been working as a sales specialist at The Sanson Company, In this role, I have applied my skills in sales, menu design, creating recipes, food ordering, invoicing, table design, event planning, banquet coordination, bartending, serving, wedding planning, creative design, and supervision of more than 20 employees to help the company grow its customer base, revenue, and reputation. I have also collaborated with other sales representatives, managers, and vendors to ensure the highest quality of service and products for the customers. My goal is to share my experiences and knowledge to grow an established company or build on a new company.
