About Donna Bailey-Taylor

President/CEO of the Johnston County Visitors Bureau for over 24 years. The Visitors Bureau has an annual budget of approximately $2 million in tax revenues paid by visitors to the county. The Visitors Bureau also manages four separate campaigns with an additional dedicated tax collection by Towns of Smithfield, Selma, Kenly, and Benson. JCVB is a quasi-governmental destination marketing organization established in 1987 to attract and serve visitors to Johnston County.
