About Donna Beaver

As a Specialist – Clinical QA Training RN at Maximus, I play a key role in upholding quality standards across the organization by designing, delivering, and sustaining impactful training programs. My responsibilities include developing instructional materials, facilitating training for both new hires and existing staff, assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives, and mentoring new QA Nurse Specialists as they transition into their roles.I collaborate closely with other QA teams and the broader Nurse Organization to identify knowledge gaps, promote best practices, and ensure alignment with Department of Health (DOH), regulatory, and internal standards. Through this work, I help foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
