About Donna Bennett

I am a social work professional with nearly 30 years of experience providing therapeutic services to a wide variety of individuals. I provide strengths based clinical services focusing primarily on children and adults with ADHD as well as working with parents to best support their children. Working from a strengths-based approach I work with clients to develop strategies and structures uniquely match to their individual strengths. Creativity is a powerful tool for healing and I incorporate the Expressive Arts into my work with clients. I am also trained in EMDR and combine that approach with the Expressive Arts. As a Certified Music Practitioner I play therapeutic music for individuals who are ill or dying. I also incorporate music in to my therapy practice to promote healing and connection to emotions. I am on the Board of Directors for the All-American Alumni Band (comprised of former members of the McDonald's All-American High School Band) and The Scottish Harp Society of America. I tour with music group, Harpa.
