About Donna Boyd

While I am a 30 year veteran of the collection industry, I have gained additional experience in the Debt Purchasing world in more recent years. My most recent and continuing growth is in one of the most important and ever changing roles in our industry, Compliance. As Compliance is major task which touches everyone within our organization, it is not a task to be taken lightly or without dedication and persistence. My goals and objectives over the next year are to be a major contributing factor in the structuring of a total compliance driven environment within the FFAM 360 family of companies, while continuing my compliance education. I currently hold Compliance certifications from DBA International, as Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) and ACA International, as Credit and Collections Compliance Officer While these objectives are well underway, the years to follow will require just as much persistence and dedication to maintain compliance. As I have formed a passion for my new role in compliance, my ultimate goal is to become the best I can be and always strive to be better, by educating others and ensuring my organization is a leader when it comes to compliance.
