A passion for innovation and creativity. Through my years experience in the education sector both as a learning and development lead, facilitator and learner, I have developed a recognition and understanding of the personal nature of educational journeys and seeking innovative methodologies to progress inclusion for all learners. I am passionate to ensure all learners are afforded the opportunity to engage and succeed in their own educational goals. Always seeking out new ways to improve and drive positive change. I have been involved in several learning and development projects, including the establishment of the first online employability skills focused LMS platform for learners with additional learning needs that was funded by the Department of Education. I am constantly seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills to make contributions to any organisation committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
