I am available for consulting/contract work.I have worked in a variety of health, safety and environment roles. I have developed strong leadership, strategic, technical and operational skills during this time. Industry experience includes government, transport, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, health care, local government and 4 years in the regulatory space with WorkSafe NZ.Successes include the development and implementation of effective strategic and operational plans, developing and implementing workable health and safety management and communication systems, developing occupational health and hygiene programmes, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and coaching and mentoring managers, team leaders and health and safety representatives to effectively manage health and safety in their roles.A Registered Nurse, I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences (endorsed in OH, with distinction). I have a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University and have completed the PRINCE2 Project Management, Basic Occupational Hygiene Principles and ICAM Courses.I have been a NZISM Assessor for the HASANZ Register and a member of the HASANZ Register Competency Committee.
